Optional visual preferences, such as age range, gender presentation, skin tone, hair color, and hair length, which help personalize generated visuals.
Information you voluntarily provide when contacting SOWON for support, such as your name, email address, and message.How SOWON Uses Your InformationInformation you provide may be used to:Generate your personalized SOWON.
Create personalized visualizations.
Provide and improve app functionality.
Respond to support requests.
Diagnose technical problems and maintain the reliability and security of the service.SOWON does not sell your personal information.Artificial Intelligence ServicesSOWON uses artificial intelligence services to generate personalized manifestation text and visuals.Information needed to create these experiences may be transmitted securely to third-party service providers, including OpenAI, for processing.These providers process information according to their own privacy and security practices and applicable agreements.SOWON does not intentionally send information to AI providers for advertising purposes.Information Stored on Your DeviceSOWON may store your created SOWONs, generated visuals, preferences, and related app information locally on your device so that you can access your experiences within the app.Removing the app may remove locally stored information unless otherwise retained through Apple or another service outside SOWON’s control.Purchases and SubscriptionsSOWON Unlimited subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.SOWON does not receive or store your complete payment card information. Apple processes payments according to Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.Website and SupportIf you contact SOWON through the website or by email, we may receive the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, and message.We use this information only to respond to your request and provide support.Data SharingSOWON may share information only when reasonably necessary to operate the service, including with service providers that support functions such as AI generation, hosting, infrastructure, and payment processing.We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of SOWON, our users, or others.We do not sell or rent personal information to advertisers.Data RetentionInformation stored locally within SOWON remains on your device until you delete it, remove the applicable SOWON, or uninstall the app, subject to device and Apple storage behavior.Information processed by service providers may be retained according to their applicable policies and agreements.Support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.Your Choices and Data DeletionYou may delete individual SOWONs within the app.You may also remove locally stored app information by deleting the SOWON app from your device, subject to information maintained separately by Apple.To ask a privacy question or request deletion of information you have provided directly to us, contact:[email protected]We may need to verify your request before completing it.SecurityWe use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information processed through SOWON. About SOWONSOWON is a personalized manifestation and visualization app designed to help users imagine a desired future, engage with personalized manifestation content, and identify meaningful actions toward their goals.SOWON may use artificial intelligence to generate text, images, and other personalized content.2. Manifestation and AI-Generated ContentContent generated through SOWON is intended for personal inspiration, reflection, visualization, and general informational purposes.Artificial intelligence can produce inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or unsuitable results.You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use generated content.SOWON does not guarantee that any visualization, manifestation, prediction, goal, wish, or desired outcome will occur.3. Not Professional AdviceSOWON does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice.Nothing generated by or presented through SOWON should replace advice from a qualified professional.You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.4. SOWON UnlimitedCertain features may require a paid SOWON Unlimited subscription.Available subscription options may include monthly and annual plans. Current pricing and subscription terms are displayed in the app before purchase.Payment is charged through your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase.Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled according to Apple’s subscription terms.You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.Deleting SOWON does not automatically cancel an active subscription.5. Free and Paid FeaturesSOWON may offer certain functionality without a subscription and additional functionality through SOWON Unlimited.Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change over time.Where required, material changes to paid services will be communicated in accordance with applicable law and App Store requirements.6. Acceptable UseYou agree not to:Use SOWON for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
Attempt to interfere with or compromise the operation or security of SOWON.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to SOWON systems or services.
Reverse engineer or misuse SOWON except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Use the service to violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.We may restrict access to the service when reasonably necessary to protect SOWON, its users, or third parties.7. Your ContentYou retain your rights to the original wishes, descriptions, and other content you submit to SOWON.You grant SOWON permission to process that content as reasonably necessary to provide the service, including generating personalized text and visuals through third-party technology providers.You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.8. SOWON Content and Intellectual PropertySOWON, including its branding, design, software, interfaces, original written content, and other proprietary materials, is owned by Jen Auh or its applicable licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use SOWON for its intended purpose.They do not transfer ownership of SOWON or its intellectual property to you.9. Availability and ChangesWe aim to keep SOWON available and functioning reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed.Features may occasionally be modified, improved, suspended, or discontinued.AI generation and other features may also depend on third-party services outside our direct control.10. Disclaimer of WarrantiesTo the extent permitted by applicable law, SOWON is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.We make no guarantee regarding specific personal, professional, financial, relationship, wellness, or other outcomes resulting from use of SOWON.Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.11. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jen Auh and SOWON will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use SOWON.Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.12. AppleIf you download SOWON through Apple’s App Store, your use of the app is also subject to applicable Apple terms.Apple is responsible for processing App Store purchases and subscriptions according to its applicable terms.Unless a custom license agreement is provided, Apple’s standard End User License Agreement may also apply to your use of the licensed application. Apple confirms that its standard EULA applies when a developer does not provide a custom EULA.13. PrivacyYour use of SOWON is also governed by the SOWON Privacy Policy.14. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms as SOWON evolves.When we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
